Parcels Forbidden

Compensation\/Insurance
\n1. The post office will evaluate the compensation value based on the declared value of the parcel; maximum compensation: 311RMB; the registration fee won\u2019t be returned. The final compensation amount will subject to the post office\u2019s compensation standard.
\n2. If the local customs office confirms the parcels as bogus brands or forbidden goods, no compensation will occur.
\n3. The post office will return 2 or 3 times the freight (discounted freight); registration fee will not be returned; the final compensation amount will subject to the post office\u2019s compensation standard.
\n4. China Postal Parcel doesn\u2019t offer insurance service for the time being.<\/p>\n

Tariff Clearance
\nChina Postal Parcels won\u2019t produce tariff or clearance fee, yet they may produce import tariff when the destination countries import the goods; different countries\u2019 customs tax laws lead to different results.<\/p>\n

Returning<\/p>\n

    \nOnly China Post format customs declaration (Hong Kong Postal customs declaration is not allowed) can be affixed onto China Postal Parcels;
    \nWhen making a list for charging fees for China Postal Parcels, the parcels will be weighed one by one;
    \nThe name of the addressee and the address must be filled clearly in English;
    \nThe name of article, quantity, weight and value on the customs declaration will be filled in by the customers;
    \nThe customers have to sign their own Chinese names at the signature place of the customs declaration;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
